May I travel to Romania? What vaccine do I need?

Can You Travel To Romania? Romania is accepting travelers from all countries, and domestic restrictions vary according to infection rates. Romania have reopened borders for all international travelers, with different entry requirements based on risk assessment of country of origin. Anyone arriving to Romania from Red and Yellow countries will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days. Can be shortened to 10 days if taking a PCR test. Arrivals arriving to Romania from yellow countries can be exempt from the self-isolation if they present a negative PCR test taken 72 hours before departure. Arrivals that are fully vaccinated are exempt. Those who are required to quarantine, may present a second negative PCR test to shorten the quarantine period. Public transportation in Romania is operating. Restaurants, cafes and bars in most of Romania are open, under capacity limitations and social distancing requirements. Non-essential businesses and attractions in most of Romania are open until 21:00, under capacity limitations and social distancing requirements. There is a nightly curfew from 22:00 to 5:00, fully vaccinated are exempt. Wearing face masks is required in indoor public places.
